Designing RL AMERICAN LIFE

In 2004, Ralph Lauren decided to bring his lifestyle brand into the publishing world with a new magazine: RL American Life. I joined the team as a Design Associate.

I worked directly with the Editor-In-Chief to develop the magazine's identity from the ground up, including unique design schemes, color palettes and type treatments for everything from features to regular front-of-book columns.
I worked with legendary type designer Myer Berlow to develop a typographic direction for the magazine that was classic, spirited and all-American.
